Our Vision for youth baseball is based on "a cord of three strands" with three primary goals: Encouraging, Equipping, and Empowering youth baseball athletes and coaches to make a difference in the world of youth baseball.

"A Cord of three strands is not quickly broken." Eccl 4:12

Encourage athletes and coaches by providing devotionals, prayer support and opportunities for fellowship at meetings, camps, seminars and sporting events. We desire to promote and build close personal relationships with youth baseball coaches, athletes and their families. 

"So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing." 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Equip athletes and coaches by providing opportunities for learning at instructional clinics, baseball camps, coaching clinics, and local FCA Baseball chapter events to foster unity and purpose in the sport of youth baseball.

Empower youth baseball coaches to coach the sport of youth baseball with Biblical principles empowered through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ thereby influencing the youth athletes of today to become the leaders of tomorrow.
