More than Baseball, this is Total Athlete Development!
The FCA Baseball mission reaches beyond baseball to make a positive impact in our community.
We are a local non-profit local community sports ministry of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee focusing on youth baseball athletes ages 5 to 17 who primarily play in youth recreational leagues and tournament teams. Our desire is to provide youth athletes with fundamental baseball training, a lot of fun (after all it is a game), develop strong character traits and learn good sportsmanship in a positive, Christ centered, encouraging environment.
Our ministry combines Christian character development with exceptional youth baseball training through various programs including summer baseball camps, recreation teams, off-season conditioning, community events, Bible studies and our new competition team the FCA Golden Eagles.
It is my hope and prayer that Christ will be honored
in all of our ministry's activities.

Our Diamond of Influence
Did you know that there are approximately 51 million athletes under the age of 18 participating in youth sports across the United States? Only about 7.5 million of the these athletes compete in school athletic programs. That leaves more than 43.5 million youth athletes that play youth sports in recreational leagues, clubs and travel teams. According to one report posted on the FCA Baseball website, "5.9 million youth between the ages of 6-17 play baseball in America. Add in all the players and coaches and one can readily see the tremendous opportunity to make an impact for Jesus Christ in the baseball community".
Our Vision
Our Vision for the Middle Tennessee FCA Baseball ministry is based on "a cord of three strands" with three primary goals: Encourage, Equip, and Empower youth baseball athletes and coaches to compete at a higher level.

Encourage
Encourage athletes and coaches by providing team devotionals, prayer support and
opportunities for fellowship at team events, summer camps, Bible studies and sporting events. We desire to
promote and build close personal relationships with our youth baseball coaches, athletes and their families.
"So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing." 1 Thessalonians 5:11
Equip
Equip athletes and coaches by providing
opportunities for learning at instructional clinics, baseball camps, coaching clinics, and local FCA Baseball
chapter events to foster unity and purpose in the sport of youth baseball.

empower
Empower youth baseball athletes with Biblically based leadership skills empowered
through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ thereby influencing the youth athletes of today to become the
leaders of tomorrow.
"I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit." Ephesians 3:16
Our Mission
To see the world impacted for Jesus Christ through the
influence of youth baseball is our primary mission and it reaches beyond the traditional footprint of FCA sports
ministry in middle and high school sports by ministering to youth athletes and coaches that primarily
participate in youth recreation leagues, clubs and competition teams.
