FCA Competitors
Each Season, we sponsor local recreation baseball teams with the Murfreesboro Baseball Association. Our coaches and sponsors support the mission of FCA Baseball and invest in the lives of our young athletes one heart at a time. Since our ministry launch in 2008, we have directly impacted over 200 youth athletes with positive, encouraging coaching developing each player to their highest potential. Our focus will always be on the process of shaping lives and less on the product of winning games.

Start Fast, Finish Strong!
Hello Team FCA!
Welcome to another season of youth baseball in Middle Tennessee. Our mission field is the baseball field as we seek to encourage, equip, and empower youth baseball players to compete at a higher level as strong, determined Competitors for Christ. My coaching method is real simple and is based solely on teaching fundamentals, having fun, player development and character building. These four areas are central to good ball players and healthy kids.
I believe winning is a byproduct of solid skill development performed consistently at a TEAM level. My
top priority is to provide a positive atmosphere for our team that emphasizes solid fundamentals and teamwork.
Win/loss records mean little to me. True success is measured not on the scoreboard, but in the hearts and minds
of our kids having fun
Please remember that everything we do out there is for the kids and not to promote our own athletic desires. Let the kids determine the outcome and try not to let winning or losing get in the way of having fun. At the end of the day, it is just a game and the value of team unity far outweighs any post season trophy.

Our team motto is Start Fast, Finish Strong! This is based on 2 Timothy 4:7 because it matters not how you begin that tells the story. More importantly, how will you finish?
